We are happy to welcome the SMARTHEP Early Stage Researchers (ESR), their supervisors, our partners and collaborators to the 2025 Annual Meeting for the SMARTHEP programme taking place at the Technical University of Dortmund in Germany, on 15-19th September 2025. 

The purpose of this event is for the ESR's to summarise their projects and secondments, as well as sharing their future plans. We will also finalise our programme outputs, such as reporting and dissemination activities. 

Logistics information can be found on the left-hand side of the menu, and for further information feel free to contact the SMARTHEP Coordinator and the Project Manager, Andrew Carey.
