The QBC Summit is the annual gathering of the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC). The event brings together members and affiliates of QuIC as well as select guests and invited speakers in an intimate setting. Over the course of two days, participants get to network with one another, exchange views on key strategic topics, and engage in discussion rounds aimed at advancing Europe’s leadership in quantum technologies.

This year, the Summit is hosted by CERN in Geneva, Switzerland. The official program takes place on 26–27 November, featuring exciting panel sessions, renowned speakers, and exclusive site visits. On the eve of the Summit (25 November), CERN will showcase its CERN Quantum Technology Initiative, offering early arrivals a chance to ease into the event and connect informally.

When clicking on Registration, please note that for onsite organisational reasons, there are three separate registration forms:

  1. Discover the CERN Quantum Technology Initiative (25 November)
    – For those arriving early, this pre-event offers an introduction to CERN’s Quantum Technology Initiative and an opportunity to connect informally ahead of the main Summit.

  2. Informal Get-Together Dinner (evening of 25 November)
    – A relaxed dinner for early arrivals to network and ease into the Summit. (At participants’ own expense.)

  3. General Registration for the QBC Summit (26–27 November)
    – This includes access to the full QBC Summit program and the official social dinner on the evening of 26 November.

  4. Site Visits Registration - now open: 26th November starting at 16:00 to the LHC Detector Points and 27th November starting at 08:15 to the Antimatter Factory
