We can provide an invitation letter as well as some documents needed for a visa application. Please proceed to the registration from and mark "Yes" on the Visa information. The organizer will contact you to collect all information we need to make a visa application form on our side, and then send them back.
If you need only an invitation letter, please register first and then contact us via email below.
Visa issuance may take some time, sometimes more than 2 month, so we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail (chujo.tatsuya.fw _at_ u.tsukuba.ac.jp).
