Description
The focus of this workshop is to prepare for the for the ETL EDR in October and come together to discuss progress on various parts of the project.
 

The focus of EDR is on mechanics, interfaces, and scheduling aspects:

– Mechanical design: stability, cooling, thermal performances

– Interfaces with surrounding detectors: thermal aspects and integration

– Services/Cabling: choice of components, validation, integration, and routing

– Detector safety and protection system design

– Power system design

– Radiation and magnetic field tolerance

– Production plan, schedule, QA/QC, assembly, logistics, and integration
