Test - Description of the submission procedure for conference abstracts and proceedings papers
The IMCC Publication & Speakers Committee (IMCC PSC) has been set up and is responsible for maintaining the internal documentation. Please send your papers/notes/presentations to the IMCC PSC for a light review process to check if the content is fine for the collaboration. Please note that if your institute is not part of the collaboration yet, you can still publish under IMCC by contacting the PSC.
This Indico event is intended for a light review of any material submitted to conferences or workshops (abstracts, proceedings, presentation).
The rules for conference proceedings are as follows:
- Conference proceedings will be submitted under the name of the presenter and will include the words “endorsed by the IMCC” or “on behalf of IMCC”. All publications that are approved by the PSC will include the words “endorsed by the IMCC” if the authors present their own work or “on behalf of IMCC” if the work of the collaboration is presented. The presenter can add additional names as authors;
- There will be a one-week review process from the PSC;
- At the end of the one-week review period, the author(s) should prepare the final document – no further iteration is necessary.
Procedure
Kindly submit your abstract or conference paper under the appropriate tabs. Any reviewer’s comments should be sent within the week.
After it has been reviewed, you may proceed to submit your abstract, paper, or presentation to the conference. We also ask that you upload all accepted and published papers to the collaboration’s archive: https://zenodo.org/communities/mucol
