Moll) ============================================== Participants: Christian Joram (CERN) Michael Moll (CERN) Robert Klanner (Hamburg Uni) Marek Idzik (Krakow - AGH) Marko Mikuz (Ljubljana) Tilman Rohe (PSI) ================================================ - A few minor changes to the document were discussed and will be implemented ================================================ Lobbying : If you have the appropriate contacts, you are welcome to use those to support our proposal ================================================ Further steps - C.J. will distribute the next version on Thursday evening - Last minute comments are welcome until Friday 14:00 when the proposal will be submitted. ... changes are in principle possible via a re-submission until Monday, 7 May, 17:00. However, we should try to avoid this! After the submission: - C.J. will keep the participants informed via sending the minutes of the CERN FP7 steering committee meetings. - Evaluation of 1st stage proposal by Commission: July Information about outcome and invitation to send full proposal: end of July. - Deadline for full submission: 29 September, 17:00 ! (up to 50 pages document, in 8 weeks during holiday period!) - Evaluation of full proposal by Commission: Oct/Nov Information about outcome: Dec. - Invitation to enter contract negotiations: Dec. - Signatures of first contracts: As of March 2008. ## Thanks to all of you for contributing to this proposal, in particular to Robert and Marek for their great job as co-authors. ## Next meeting - No further meeting scheduled for the moment. A next meeting will be called if the proposal should be accepted (in June/July).
