Room: 30/7-010 - List of equipment belonging to the vacuum system in all the areas after the TDC85 door (e.g. TCC8, NA62, …) - Among the listed equipment: - define which equipment belongs to BE-EA and which belongs to TE-VSC - define which equipment is to be kept and which equipment will be sent to garbage - List of acquisition hardware in B918 or any other building close by (if any)? - Confirm that resources are available in the first week of August 2026 to disconnect and identify the obsolete cables (needed to allow the de-cabling campaign); - Confirm that the same disconnection quantities per day as for TCC2 are valid for TCC8 and ECN3? - Confirm that when dismantling the vacuum equipment also the supports will be removed? - If the supports + equipment are not waste. Define where they will be sent to? - Define if EN-HE handling and transport support is needed? - Define the WSS for the BE-EA vacuum equipment (cable disconnection and equipment dismantling)? - Define if there are special restrictions in terms of co-activity and sequence of works.
