We propose a scenario with primordial large lepton flavor asymmetries, which simultaneously addresses some cosmological puzzles: resolve the recently reported helium-4 anomaly, open up a new parameter space of sterile neutrino dark matter consistent with all observational bounds, and explain the observed baryon asymmetry. To demonstrate that this scenario is possible, we propose Affleck-Dine Leptoflavorgenesis with Q-ball formation and develop a methodology to robustly estimate the sterile neutrino DM abundance with large lepton flavor asymmetries.
