      N. Lusa updates:

      • First mock-up impregnated early August; demolding scheduled this week.

      • Modifications on certain parts of the mock-up completed.

      • Winding of the second mock-up planned to start Thursday with Carlos; if not finished, will continue Friday with Elena depending on her availability with RMM activities.

      • Heat treatment to be performed in GERO 700 furnace.

      N. Peray updates:

      • A dedicated fabrication folder needs to be created in the EOS server, under the SMT laboratory space, within the BOND project.

      • Production of sarcophagus, reaction guiding table, and lifting tool launched on 18/08/2025.
      • Matthieu included the optical fiber in the coil CAD model to visualize its integration. Nico will review it and follow up with M. Guinchard’s team.
      • The team also discussed coil details: V-tap positioning is under review, based on a schematic previously shared by Jose. For the head spacer pocket, a reduction is possible on one side but not on the other due to the impregnated wedge. The current design foresees a 3 mm pocket height, which still needs to be verified against all wire configurations to ensure compatibility and sealing of the trace wire connection.

      • Matthieu has prepared the tooling design for coil rotation (wheel).
      • Several aspects remain to be clarified, such as the full assembly and lifting sequences, the method to turn the coil safely, and the availability of the lifting beam (palonnier).
      • Nico is progressing on the transition between the reaction mold and the impregnation mold. A key point raised is to avoid supporting the coils on wheels during this step, and instead place them directly on the bottom part of the impregnation mold.
      • Ground insulation was also highlighted as a critical topic, since it impacts both the mounting and lifting sequences. Elena questioned whether a dedicated tooling should be developed for folding the ground insulation. Nico has already identified a company that could take on this task, but the team agreed that further reflection is required before moving forward.
      • Nico also advanced on filler pieces for the impregnation mold.
      • Longitudinal constraint and rods definition still pending.

      • Interface with bladders and keys pumping station need to be studied.

      • The splicing tooling drawing needs to be checked, and its fabrication will be carried out internally.

      A. Haziot updates:

      • Double-aperture magnet: dimensional incompatibility between the outer diameter and the cryostat.

      • Gap of 20 mm adopted to improve harmonics.

      • Yoke design under discussion:

        • 4-piece solution likely unsuitable.

        • 2-piece yoke still under study.

        • Options include reinforcing the global shape or relaxing corner shear stresses.

      • Geometry refinement ongoing; first results considered encouraging.
