Instructions for payment

 

 

The registration fee is 160 CHF (to cover the coffee breaks and the social  dinner) or 75 CHF, if you are not attending the social dinner. The different methods of payment are:

• To pay by credit card using your own registration record in Indico:

  Payment by credit card is done online within your registration. Please choose "credit card" when you fill in your registration form or If you want to proceed with the e-payment later choose "Modify my registration" (in the main menu) and then "e-payment/credit card".

  The costs for payment with Visa and Mastercard are around 2.5% and around 3.7% with American Express. These costs will be added to the registration fees

 

• To pay via bank transfer, the bank account references to use are:

DRD3 - code 34902 - Participant name.
This information is important in order to identify your payment.

N.B: Invoice can be sent to the institution on request, PRIOR TO THE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER by the institute. Please send your request to drd.secretariat@cern.ch.

• Payment via a CERN budget code or a Third Party account:

Create a TID using EDH edh.cern.ch and mention the name of the participant. Use Veronique Wedlake as supplier, and code 34902 as creditor. The name of the participant as client, and the budget code as debtor. The activity code is 14050900.

In the TITLE FIELD,  please mention THE NAME OF EVERY PERSON WHOSE FEE IS BEING PAID IN THE TID (very important).

In all cases, we can prepare a receipt of payment after we have received the funds. Let us know is there any specific information needed by your institute, like VAT number, CQ, CF or other. You can request it by mail to drd.secretariat@cern.ch.
