The AcceleratePM – Project Management in Accelerator and Large Research Infrastructure Projects – workshop brings together scientists, engineers, and project professionals to share experiences, methods, and reflections on how project management can best support the realisation of complex scientific facilities. The focus will be on exchange and learning across disciplines, highlighting both successful practices and persistent challenges in developing a sound PM culture within the community.

- Establish a permanent collaborative network of PM professionals
- Promote good practices through shared learning form network and invited industrials
- Identify and address common challenges across projects
