All participants are required to pay a flat Registration Fee via bank transfer in order to complete the registration process. Those who will attend the Conference Dinner must pay an additional fixed fee.
Early bird registration fee: €180 (DEADLINE: 23:59 Athens time on 31 March 2026)
Late registration fee: €230 (DEADLINE: 23:59 Athens time on 19 April 2026)
Conference Dinner fee: €50 (per person)
Please note that there is a strict registration limit of 250 participants due to venue capacity. Registrations will be treated on a first-come-first-serve basis according to the payment of the registration fee -- not the completion of the registration form.
Those who are not already members of the THEORY-CHALLENGES Action are kindly requested to join the Action by the registration deadline. Accepted participants will subsequently be formally invited through the COST system.
