Update on TB preparation

• steel plates added to the structure (needed to strengthen the structure for the crane operation)
• flowmeters procured -> will be installed this afternoon on the structure
• Michael Lazzaroni agreed for a preparation area close to T9. Discussed also with the safety and there should be no problems to start operating our system before our TB period. -> This afternoon I'll check that everything there is a ground point to be used and if there is a place to fix our gas bottles
• Idea to mode the setup to the PS on Oct 7

• To be provided at CERN:
  • Terminators (Hirose and Panasonic)
  • Converters Panasonic to Hirose (for tracker)
  • cabling
    • Power boxes to hybrid (provided by SRS or fabricated at GDD)
    • HDMI
    • Ethernet
  • Transformers to power power boxes
  • ethernet switch 
  • computer screen
  • Large fans to cool hybrids
  • Power cords for all the equipment (power boxes, mini crates, fans, ethernet switch)
• Extra SRS components (to check with Mauro and Naples)
