SAM tests for tokens on ARC-CEs intermittently failed again, the problem is at the end of the ETF tests. This was fixed by various restarts (old version of ETF tests accidentally used?). CMS briefly went into drain on Tuesday, Katy did the override as there was no problem at RAL. 

Good CPU efficiency. Most failures observed and slow input data read times are due to User Analysis jobs.

News:

• LHCb reached its recorded luminosity target (12fb⁻¹) for pp run this year 

Operational issues:

• Number of running LHCb jobs is a little bit lower than the pledge in the last couple of days
  • No Idle pilots in the last ~12 hours
  • Not enough MC jobs from LHCb (at least that's their guess)
• Occasional warnings in cvmfs ETF tests
  • local CVMFS revision is more than 1 step behind CERN Stratum-1
  • Not clear why this is happening, since our Stratum-1 should do snapshots ~every 5 minutes
• Problems with CERN network/DB yesterday
  • Resulted in rescheduled jobs at all sites
• A few spikes of buggy user and WGProduction jobs in the end of last week
