Description
The upcoming generation of particle colliders will feature a remarkable improvement in the precision of experimental measurements across a wide range of observables. The theoretical framework necessary to interpret and exploit this high-quality data will require the development of several complementary technologies, which at their core all rely on our ability to tackle the challenging multi-scale calculations that are ubiquitous in electro-weak precision physics.
This School will review the current status and future prospects in EW precision physics, and provide a comprehensive and systematic presentation of recent technical developments in the fields of Amplitude and Feynman integral calculations, Standard Model Renormalization and QED Radiation at Lepton Colliders.
The School is targeted at advanced PhD students and junior postdocs with a background in precision calculation in high-energy collider physics. Attendance will be limited, and participants will be selected to ensure that they have the required background to benefit from this advanced School.
