Inspiring teams of young creative professionals with scientific and artistic background create an interdisciplinary dialogue and to collaborate in a creation of meaningful expressions on the scientific topics.
Program aim:
ORF Ö1 (Cultural Radio of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation) Journalist Susanna Niedermayr, who is also Co-Curator of the ORF Festival musikprotokoll im steirischen herbst, will accompany the Kick of workshop week at CERN and follow up with Anke Eckardt (professor of Fine Arts, Kunstuniversität Graz/Austria) , Susanne Kogler (Professor of Musicology, University of Graz/Austria) and Franz Winter (Professor of Religious Studies, University of Graz/Austria) the discussions with the participating researchers and their students.
Furthermore, Anne Stagg, Keith Roberson, and Kevin Curry from the Florida State University (FSU) / Department of Art will attend the dialogue week with FSU/CMS physicist Harrison Prosper.
Moreover John Haley and Joel Fuller from the University of Alabama Art & Art History Department and Journalism and Creative Media Department, colleagues from CMS physicist Sergei Gleyzer.
Our art@CMS/ORIGIN collaborative artist, Chris Henschke of RMIT Melbourne, Australia, will participate alongside a team of his students.
Rolf Laven (Professor of Arts, University of Teacher Education/PHW, University of Applied Arts Vienna, TU Wien), Anastasiya Savran (PhD Candidate at Paedagogische Hochschule, TU Wien) .
