1. Larry McLerran resigned from the IAC "... It is a very friendly resignation with the intent that younger people than me should be on the IAC". Larry McLerran proposed Agnieszka Sorensen to join the IAC team. This proposal was welcomed by everyone! 
2. Registration is opened, payment with credit card is possible directly via indico 
3. Registration form includes acceptance of the COC
4. It is proposed to add IAC members to the web
5. It is proposed to add QCHS-2026 in Wroclaw, June 29 - July 4, 2026. https://indico.cern.ch/event/1531304/overview as a "satellite meeting"!
6. IAC concluded to continue to collect Names till end of November and schedule meeting end Nov - beginning Dec to finalise the list of invited speakers
7. For the next IAC meeting it would be important to prepare a "pre-sorted" list of proposed speakers (Maja, Roberta and TG will take care of this)

 

Action items:

1. TG invites Agnieszka to join the IAC team. --> done
2. Maja takes care of the webpage and poster updates.  
3. TG contacts Xing Dong regarding the possible support CPOD2024 --> CPOD2026
4. TG sends terminplanner for the next IAC meeting. --> done
