COUNCIL MEETING
The European Physical Society suggests a list of hotels located in the city centre. The VU Faculty of Physics and the Institute of Theoretical Physics and Astronomy are reachable by public transportation (circa 40 minutes).
The reservation has to be done by delegates themselves (except for the Executive Committee members)
