Energy correlators are powerful observables that have been extensively studied in both formal and phenomenological settings. However, most of our understanding is limited to states close to the vacuum. In this talk, I will explore energy correlators on states carrying large global U(1) charge, where the standard perturbative picture around the vacuum breaks down. In the conformal field theory context, these observables can be computed semiclassically using the effective field theory (EFT) of a conformal superfluid. I will describe the features that emerge in this large-charge regime, and explain when the EFT description breaks down for these non-local probes.
