20 single rooms have been reserved for the FPF meeting in the CERN hotel.
Reservations are for the period Wednesday 4th March to Friday 6th March 2026. However, this period can be shorter depending on your participation to the event. Please mention your arrival/departure dates on the booking form.
Please note that rooms will be distributed on the basis of first-come first-serve.
Deadline for accommodation registration: Monday 2nd February 2026
Single room with bathroom: CHF 62.00 per night
Booking Procedure

Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET), 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival. Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.
In case of no-show, the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guaranty. The rest of the stay is automatically cancelled by 12:00.
Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out time is 12:00.
