Accommodation
We have a block reservation at the CERN Hotel from 28th April until 1st May: "BHSC Spring 2026".
Reservation will be possible via the BOOKING FORM
The cost for the Single rooms with bathroom is CHF 62.00 per room and per night.
We kindly ask you to return this filled-in document to housing.service@cern.ch at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date. Booking requests will be treated according to the availability on the group booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability.
If you arrive within the hostel reception's opening hours (Mon-Fri 7:30 am to midnight and Sat-Sun 9:00 am to midnight) you should go to the reception of building 39 to get the keys to your room. If you expect to arrive later than 12:00 am, you must inform the Hostel Reception in advance and specify your time of arrival. Room keys can be obtained from the security guard on duty at the entrance to CERN's Meyrin site - Gate B (building 533). They will also give you a map of CERN.
