Accommodation for participants is not included in the registration fee, and it is not arranged by the organizers.
Participants are recommended to book accommodation close to the metro line C (red line), as daily transportation will be provided from the "Budějovická" metro station. Alternatively, participants may use public transport, with buses to Dolní Břežany departing from the "Kačerov" metro station (see Local transport page).

Booking Procedure
- A block of rooms is reserved until 31 March 2026.
After this date, any unused rooms will be automatically released back for general sale.
Requests received after 1 April will be subject to current availability at the hotel for the given dates. - Please complete the booking form (download here), and send the completed form by email to: praha.res@occidentalhotels.com
- Once the hotel receives the form, they will create the booking and send a reservation confirmation directly to the guest.
