scaffolding pre-installation inspection

• Every panel/ item removed will need to be checked by RP 
• All laser stuff removed by end of April
  • Afterwards en/cv (need to keep AC for room temp control)
• Need a place / route for removing all the panels pre defined
• Ask Hanne if there's somewhere we can put some palettes - space for 2 pallets required
• 3 weeks planned for dismantling green cage + light structure
• SCE + HE (Tiago Nico + Jann Seraphin) will do the gray I-beams
• confirm with SCE suspending cables on top is ok for reconstruction 
• space for containers outside: metal and encombrant? -> request in adavance for removal works here
• SCE starts Sept, ACE will be done in June if they can start in May
• Racks in green cage can only be removed once they've removed the roof and maybe the walls. So need to coordinate time in between to remove racks.
• Green Cage can be cut -> will go to déchet 
• ACE will look into adding scaffolding that covers and protects ullis part of the beamline
• ACE say there will be a lot of dust - ask experimenters to protect their equipment.
  • We need to coordinate a cleaning before démontage of the roof and everything to minimise dust
• need to coordinate a VIC for all we talked about now
• VIC needed with SCE - VIC global
• SCE will finish reconstruction end of this year, only claim 4months required 
• Double check access since the platform will be enlarged - only Jan/Feb limited access?
• Some shielding blocks might move a little bit, the ones in between the two beamlines (for solid state physics guys who are requesting it)
