All speakers are invited to stay over at least for one night. Due to the large attendance and accommodation shortage for most of the week, participants attending one or two sessions during critical days, will be invited on a daily basis. Transport will be organized accordingly.
For participants staying for the night, the Workshop is proposed on a half-board basis, with accommodation, breakfast and evening dinner.
Most of the participants will stay in Hotel Les Aiglons, where the workshop sessions will take place, but due to the large attendance, participants may reside in different hotels. You will receive, in due course, confirmation of the hotel in which you will reside.
The evening meals will be taken in hotel Les Aiglons.
Please note that you may need a french 220V adaptor (a few will be available from the support office). Swiss electricity plugs will also be available in the conference room and web café.
Transport will be organized, but no further reimbursement will be processed.
