Present: Gopolang, Kétévi, Heba, Chilufya, Mustafa, Qinrui, Mounia

Salient points:

  1. Heba reported on the poster draft. The committee provided comments to be sent back to the designer. It was agreed to keep the same list of topics as the previous edition, with the following adjustments:

    • Add “Precision measurements and deviations from the Standard Model” at the top of the list

    • Add “Quantum sensors for new physics” at the bottom

  2. Chilufya presented a draft timetable. The committee agreed to:

    • Cover all topics listed on the poster

    • Include dedicated slots for contributed talks

    • Structure the program with general overview sessions for all topics, followed by parallel sessions

    • The possibility of organizing a colloquium was discussed. Chilufya will contact Anne to check whether this could be arranged in conjunction with a CERN colloquium

  3. Mounia will contact Anne to clarify how requests exceeding 2000 CHF can be made through CERN and to understand the relevant procedures.

  4. Next meeting will be on February 12, 2026 , at 16:00 UTC
