Geant4 CI on Gitlab Discussion

See procedure as described here: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/SPI-2940 I don't have access to the Geant4 repository, so I cannot configure runners for it.

Builders

There are now gitlab runners, similarly to above, I need a token for the runners. Note that the runners must be locked to the project so that they are not ending up being used all over the place.
