Summary of meeting on February 26, 2026

Present: Qinrui, Heba, Chilufya, Soeb, Mustafa, Diallo, Kétévi

Apologies: Mounia, Gopolang

1. Poster. Heba presented the new version of the poster. We agreed that it is good enough to proceed. Although there was a comment about the placement of "DI2026", that it should be placed at the top as "Dark Interactions (DI2026)". We decided that it is not major comment for which to go back to the developer. In case there will be more comments, we may request an update of the poster in the future.
   1. The poster may now go on the website.
   2. You may print and post it at your institute.
2. The conference website. The poster should go there.
   1. If you have suggestions about how to make the website more attractive, please talk to Mounia.
   2. Patricia has helped setup the registration page.
   3. Registration and abstract submission will open on February 28, 2026.
3. The scientific agenda. Diallo, Qinriu and Chilufya presented the agenda.
   1. The recording may be found here. 
   2. There were comments to consolidate better the various sessions.
   3. We invite everyone to add comments to improve the agenda. Please do this before our next meeting in 2 weeks.
   4. We invite everyone to add suggested invited speakers in the appropriate column in the agenda. for each invited talk, we should at least 2 proposed speakers.
   5. Please do this also before our next meeting in 2 weeks.
