Giulia Lavizzari

Hi! I am Giulia, a PhD student from Milano-Bicocca, based at CERN. My work here consists in developing the software to acquire data with the elecromagnetic calorimeter of CMS, which is the part of the detector that captures the energy of electrons and photons, and will undergo a major updgrade in the next years. I also participate to data analysis, in particular I study the scattering of Vector Bosons and explore the possibility to find new physics through such processes.
Muhammad Bilal Kiani

I have done my PhD from the University of Turin, Italy. And currently I am working as a postdoctoral fellow with INFN Italy and I am based at CERN. The title of my dissertation was “The measurement of properties Higgs boson in four lepton final state”. Currently I am working on the several different projects including Higgs pair production searches, upgrade of Drift tube detectors of CMS for High luminosity LHC and on R&D of future circular colliders such as Muon Colliders etc.
