Conference fees are processed through Johns Hopkins University systems (PayConex) and are separate from the Indico registration. After completing your Indico registration, please follow the payment instructions below and submit your payment through PayConex.
The workshop registration fee (USD 100) covers light breakfast (2 days), lunch (2 days), and coffee breaks. Social dinner fees (USD 50 per person) for primary participants and accompanying guests are charged separately. There is no fee for remote participation.
Please note your total fee after completing registration in Indico (USD 150 for most participants, unless you are bringing a guest or opting out of dinner), and proceed to the secure payment platform, PayConex. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed. Please keep this for your records and any reimbursement needs. If you require an additional confirmation letter, it can be provided on-site at the time of registration.
If you are a graduate student or postdoctoral researcher at Johns Hopkins University, please consult your supervisor to determine whether your registration fee can be processed directly through the internal system.
