Meeting quick notes:

New paper from J.Gutleber:  the pink flowers have been used in a number of posters and presentations and are nice. However, they do not give the complete picture as it looks as if FCC-ee and FCC-hh are looking at reality from one side only + do not show surprises. Using different angles and adding an insect (a ladybird ?) on one of the images would help. Is this a brainstorming idea to keep in mind for our november IdeaSquare workshop :-)

New organigramme is online at https://fcc-ped-clone.web.cern.ch/, but basic information still have to be completed for all WG => Claire will prepare a google doc template and send it to the brand new coordinators. The target audience is newcomers who need to understand the environment. 

Workshop list is far from being complete. Will need to send a call to the PED coordination

Adding a communication/outreach session to the FCC week is considered as a good idea, although it comes quite late. Organisers would be Panos and Claire.
