NGT 3rd Technical Workshop - Registrations open!

Join us for the highly anticipated 3rd Technical Workshop of the Next Generation Triggers Project!

From November 11th to 13th, 2026, we will be hosting a three-afternoon event at CERN, where we will introduce the groundbreaking work we're embarking on to revolutionize data analysis at the HL-LHC.

This event will showcase the core of the NextGen Project through four innovative Work Packages (WPs):

  • WP1: Infrastructure, Algorithms, and Theory
  • WP2: Enhancing the ATLAS Trigger and Data Acquisition
  • WP3: Rethinking the CMS Real-Time Data Processing
  • WP4: Education Programmes and Outreach

The workshop features all of NextGen's tasks, offering a glimpse into the pioneering tasks and technologies that will drive our quest to unlock new physics discoveries. From cutting-edge neural networks to quantum-inspired algorithms and high-performance computing, you’ll hear firsthand how we plan to extract unprecedented insights from HL-LHC data!

You are welcome to join in person the three-day event by registering via Indico. A Zoom link will also be available for everyone who wishes to follow the sessions remotely.

Don’t miss this chance to be part of something extraordinary. We can’t wait to kick off this journey with you!
