  • Action: Wire scanner. Evaluate potential damage to the wire.

  • Action: Investigate whether pumps can be turned off during wire scanner measurements to reduce vibrations.

  • Action (Marlene): Check the accuracy of the CERN BPMs.

  • Action (Marlene): Follow up with TE-VSC and SY-BI to confirm whether the BPM near the injection region will be moved.

  • Action (Marlene & Patric): Assess whether a 10° dip at 200 °C could cause injection issues.

  • Action (GWA): Prepare a list of required 316LN steel parts.

  • Action (Marlene): Check with the workshop regarding availability of these parts.

  • Chillers:
    GWA noted that chillers currently using a 3-way valve could be replaced with a 2-way valve. This modification must be carried out by an external company and could be combined with routine servicing.

    • Action (Marlene): Coordinate with RP to clear the chillers for shipment to the company.

    • Alternative: Have technicians perform the work on-site.

  • Vacuum System:
    GWA has produced an estimate of the vacuum volume.

    • Action (GWA): Share the estimate.
