- Mary is back and helpful as ever ! :)
- She proposes a preceeding monday-meeting for the next workshop with the gravitiational wave comunity, which is generally considered a great idea and will be followed up by her ! 
- Vanessa, Chris & Christoph were not lazy and prepared most of the organisational stuff
- INDICO pag is up but not published yet: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1659396/
- Vanessa mad a brilliant poster for the meeting that will be circulated ! 
- IN2P3 is willing to cover all the costs of the workshop (!) 
- Registration will be opened beginning of may 
- Prep meetings monthly (next one 29-04 16:30 CET)
- Number of participants very difficult to guess 
- Currently the assumption is that 4 people will be coming over from Wisconsin
- Some possible program themes: 
- AI/machine learning
- OCU -(owned capacity units)
- monitoring
- placement tokens for remote access
- MCP (model content protocol (?)) and HTC 
- LVM & HTC
- Gitlab runner & HTC
- Data slots
- Pelican (some (small ?) running instances in europe, might be interesting for the LIGO/VIRGO people ?
