This workshop will be held in-person at CERN, with the option to participate online via zoom.
CERN ACCESS: If you are attending in person, you should receive an email prior to the event with instructions to get an access badge for the CERN site, if you need one. If you have not received this email and it is getting close to the workshop, please email the organisers.
ACCOMMODATION: We have not reserved any CERN hostel rooms for the workshop, so please book your own room on the CERN hostel website. If you need to put down a CERN guarantor, please use ep.fcc.secretariat@cern.ch. If the hostel is full, there are nearby hotels in Saint Genis, Meyrin or downtown Geneva.
TRAVEL: If it is an option for you, please consider skipping the plane and travelling to CERN by train or bus. Geneva is well-connected to most of Western Europe and can be reached by high-speed trains from many cities (Paris, Hamburg, London, Barcelona, Brussels, Amsterdam, Rome etc) within less than a day. The man in seat 61 has helpful tips for most routes.
