Smooth running, not much to report. RAL is top of the efficiency plots among CMS T1s again this week!

13:45 → 13:50 LHCb Operations Report

Operational issues:

• high failure rate for MC jobs is still present at RAL
  • Last night there were a lot of failures
  • Failures happened due to incorrect CPUTime estimation by the jobs
  • Some affected transformations are new, submitted after the (what was claimed to be) fix deployment
    • Reported to LHCb, investigating
• DB outage at CERN on Monday
  • Resulted in lots of failed and completed jobs
• Failed transfers from CNAF to RAL 
  • The issue was on the CNAF side (incorrect network setup), fixed now [GGUS:1002988]
