For PhD students and postdoctoral fellows, accommodation can be arranged at the Goa University Guest House and NIO Guest House on request at a nominal charge (subject to availability).
**All the participants (including students) are strongly encouraged to make their travel and accommodation arrangements well in advance, as February is a peak tourist season in Goa and availability may become limited closer to the meeting dates.
