We have pre-booked at the CERN hostel a number of single rooms with bathroom at 62.- CHF per day for workshop participants.
These will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations should be done by filling this form and sending it directly to the CERN Housing Service at housing.service@cern.ch , providing also the reference number you receive upon registration to the workshop. Please note that rooms in the CERN hostel are usually in high demand, and our pre-booked rooms will be released at the end of July.
Cancellations and changes are accepted free of charge up to 14:00 two days before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged in full against the deposit provided at the time of booking. The remainder of the stay will be cancelled in full if no (re)confirmation is provided by 12:00 noon on the day following the no-show.
In the event of early departure, no charges will apply provided the hotel reception is notified by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
