Main decisions of the meeting.

When in doubt, try to favor topics that are less represented, such as electronics or simulations
There is room to add up to 4 slots for talks not to exclude contributions with the same score
Accept all posters, unless there is some without scientific content
Contact three groups to merge contributions that address the same topic:
- CMS: abstracts 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 34, 38 nd 47. Contact GEM project manager (speakers in CC) and organize them in 2 talks and 3 posters.
- IITM India: 11, 13, 14, 15. Merge contrubutions into 1 poster.
- USTC China: 54, 111.Merge contributions into 1 talk.
