TCC2 magnets and activated shielding blocks
      - Yann Pierre Pira proposes a storage optimisation strategy for components to be removed from TCC2 during LS3 (from 2027), focusing on magnets and shielding blocks.
      - Shielding blocks are expected to have higher contamination risks (activated concrete, fragile surfaces).
      - The current plan to store them in EHN1 (Supervised Area) is problematic due to contamination constraints.
      - Proposed solution (swap strategy):
** Store low-activation magnets (e.g. MBN types, easier to clean) in EHN1 PPE134.
** Use the freed space in Building 954 (Controlled Area) to store the more contaminated shielding blocks in a protected setup.
      - Magnet categorisation:
** Green: Low activation → candidates for EHN1.
** Orange / Red: Higher radiation levels → to remain in Building 954, with optimised storage (including the use of lower-activity magnets as shielding).
      - Open points / next steps:
** Validate feasibility (space, stacking, structural limits, etc.).
** Confirm radiological classification through measurements during removal.

ITM Improvement Meeting held on 4 June 2026: several improvement requests were raised, including:
      - Improvements to the signature functionality.
      - The ability to create Handling/Transport EDH requests directly from the kiosk.
      - The importance of ITM user training was also emphasized. In this regard, a first training session was conducted on 2 June 2026 to familiarize users with the system and its functionalities.

      NA-CONS Radioactive Waste Task Force meeting #1 - 03/06/2026
      - Designate a coordinator to trigger and follow up signatures (RP, ADR classification, transport) to reduce ITM delays
      - Task force to identify magnets and other problematic items that can be preprocessed or treated earlier
      - HSE to issue clear communication regarding lead presence in cable sheathing and associated safety guidance
      - RWTC to maintain and publish container/pallet availability and forecast orders based on expected volumes
      - Waste producers read CADRA documentation and consult RWTC for clarifications before declaring waste
