- EPC to come with a date to empthy the racks
- Old MISTRAL power supply to be moved to 275, but not without a plan (Hanne Heylen / Dave Lunney): consignation done, Andy will remove the AC connections, DC and temp/interlock cables to be disconnected (James Devine) - news? , water tubes to be disconnected (Alex?)
REX/HIE ISOLDE:- In the frame of the REX LLRF consolidation the REX LINAC RF cavities chacterization measurements will be carried out by Daniel Valuch and Giampaolo Piccinini on monday-morning 29 June.
- The mixed water is due to no load at a temperature of ~17 C instead of 20 C. Concequences for the characterization measurements to be seen.
- Actions on the REX/HIE list:
- HIE: replacement prim. pumps CMs, backing & roughing lines - Oct/Nov (after LHC LS high peak work).
- Modification of the chamber of the XL9GP Quad (last in REX LINAC before CM1/DBox) (Nicolas Thaus TE/VSC). Quad to be taken out for this - to be scheduled with Antony Newborough and transport. - to be done.
- Removal of the obsolete 9GAP 202MHZ amplifier workaround cables (2015) from the mezzanine/MR-Tof area into the tunnel to the 9GAP structure (~11x) in wk 27 due to lack of EN-EL cable team resources (HL-LHC) - REX Low E development:
- Replacement of the leaking REX mass slits actuator for a bellow type one - decision to be taken on the type (Fredrik in strong favour of the manual version). Alberto would like to have it as a subject of the next SGUI meeting to evaluate both options (manual/remote controlled) and have a decision made through the SGUI on how to proceed. - REX EBIS platform modification in the frame of the RILIS project. 30cm of the platform will need to be cut (on the RILIS side)
- Concequences for REXEBIS filling and drifttube & alignment tube (dis)mounting are being addressed (see also last week Cryo / RILIS project discussions on dewar solutions) - Vincent integrating the solutions. Decided to go ahead with the modifications to the platform and implement best filling method later (is solvable, best solution to be chosen once the platform is finished).
- Integration is part of the ICL meetings
- For installation of the CHROME related cables a scaffodling has been put up along the VITO and over the CAO line around the REXTRAP cage. Work will start wk27 and last ~2 weeks (Rustan/Julien teams).
- MINIBALL AC power distribution presently through sockets is to be improved and brought up to standard of a semi-permanent installation (ISS side already done)
- News on the 7kCHF total costs between EN/EL and ISOLDE Technical Infrastructure (James)?
- BI workzone, for HIE (and other) instrumentation, is to be allocated between the XT03 and XT02 beamlines: 2 work benches and test set-up is being installed these days. Network connections to be allocated (J. Tassan-Viol)

Separator zones HRS & GPS:
- GPS separator zone scaffolding has been removed last week
- Access this afternoon to the separator zones to review the configuration/setup of the beamgates in the frae of the beam gates consolidation (power supplies and controls, etc.)
Beamlines:
- A new Rack 50 (BI instrumentation) has been installed with the old one standing in the gLM/GHM area for eaquipment swap ones all is back in place.
- Removal of the remaining shilding block was done. Equipment on the shielding block next to the HRS entrance has been removed. This block as well as reconfiguring of the blocks in the GLM/GHM area is foreseen Wedn 24th (Laura / Transport)
Commissioning new target heating power supplies 170 HT room:
- GPS heating test will be carried out Friday-morning 26th for which the deconsigation has been requested to First-Line on Thursd-afternoon 25th (16h15). This fits with the IBDRS works and has been communicated.
- Target cooling water and GPS10 sector vacuum will be restarted latest Thursday 25th
Fiber Optics work:- 2nd phase of the White Rabbit fiber optics installation (Nenad Simic) has been scheduled for wk34 with a VIC on the 12th Aug.
Fume cupboard exhaust GLM/GHM zone:
- Options have been discussed between CV (NIna), Transport (Yann/Filippo) and ISOLDE Tech coordination.
- The crane will need the end stops to be moved forward to avaoid any clash with the airduct going up from the fume cupboard into the ventilation room above
- Larger shielding blocks on the top row will nee dto be replaced by smaller ones so that handling without the crane becomes possible
- The duct will remain dismountable and crane passage above the EPC platform will be verified to allow possible GPS bunker shielding blocks and equiment handling
Ethernet/WiFI 197 & 508:
- in the frame of a change to the power distribution for the starpoints in 197 and 508 there will be short disturbances and cut of the data networks:
- Starpoint 197: Technical Network will not be interrupted, General Purpose and WiFi will be interrupted for ~5 min
- Starpoint 508: Both TN and GPN will be interrupted for ~ 5 min, WiFi will stay up

Experiments related activities in the experimental hall 5mSpeaker: Erwin Siesling (CERN)
ISOLTRAP:
- Work started Thursday 18/06 with the scaffolding and removal of the alu staircase from 1st to 2nd floor.
- VITO laser beam pipe integrated in the scaffolding
- Workers are moving fast with teh dismantling f the wooden floor
- New alu structure wil arrive today/tomorrow and will be installed this week
- Today removal of the large carrying wooden beams of the 2nd floor for which the crane is needed
- Tomorrow no crane need: RILIS project will use the opportunity to put the GLM/GHM shielding blocks in place and remove the HRS entrance side block (See RILIS report)
- Timeline: activities until 18/08
- Emergency exit ladder part to be installed (Severin)
WISARD:
- Last week the team succesfully installed the inner structure and prepared for the off line data taking - no cooldown
- week 27 (29 June) to cooldown the magnet
- taking data wk27-29 until July 19
- Coordinate with ISOLTRAP & RILIS work.
COLLAPS/CRIS platform:
- 3D integration with a realistic design for the laser rooms and platform finished and approved by laser safety.
- Next step: Discuss and find solution with CE for stability and type of pillars for the mirrors
- Timeline: CE design and quotation by the end of the summer, ECR ready by the end of the year, start platform construction Jan '27
- Porposal to start already: removal all cables and water pipes, move racks and cabinets to temp location, remove the RP detectors (RP is in the loop)
IDS:
- Old plastic falling down issue: Easiest to close the openings with alu plates: Severin to be contacted
VITO:
- Temporary installation of a HT cage next to the REXTRAP timing rack foreseen for a few months
Beamlines:
- RC6 MR-Tof installation work continuing (Lukas / Alex)
- Cabling work in the RC6/RL7 area few details to finish in wk27 when cable team is back
- Old 9 GAP RF cables going to be removed - wk27
- RL7 installation work on supports and equipment continues
- PUMA floorprint indicated.
- Solution found for the AC distribution. Discussion on final AC power cabinet position (next to RL7 or on the wall). Rollable final connection of the 125A lines so no permanent cable tray installation and relatively free space when PUMA is not at ISOLDE. Example drums to roll up cables to forward to Severin (made inhouse?)
- Cable work would start end of Aug wk33/34. PUMA transport not realistic before Sept anyway..
Infrastructure / cooling and chilled water cut (IBDRS related) (dates: 19/08 - May '27 ? ):
- Compressed air to be kept (isolate 198/199 area from 170 area)
- 508 AC will be cut affected: Laser labs 508 will be affected
- Possible solution being studied with flexibles to connect existing chiller over the roof and keep the present configuration of AC for 508 (Alexandre Fournier CV). Transparent to the users and avoids complicated installation of an individual AC unit for VITO (and no AC for other setups nor ICR)
- 170 demi water 27 degrees will be cut: COLLAPS, VITO, PUMA will be affected
- 170 raw water 20 degrees will be cut: Timeline should fit with LLRF characterization measurements of the REX RF structures (D. Valuch, G. Piccinini) & Solid State amplifier commissioning as of Sept/Oct '27 (G. Piccinini)
- Timeline should fit with Cryo tests foreseen Q4 2027 in the frame of the integration of the LHe dewar and restart of the Cryo plant - 27 demi cooling water needed (N. Guillotin, T. Dupont)
