• Monitors:
  • Monitor 1: Next to BI rack on GLM shielding wall
    • This monitor is flexible in the position
    • Vincent can propose a spot to RP that works best for integration
  • Monitor 2: Next to HRS door
    • Proposed spot is close to where it originally was
    • Next to new electrical rack on the wall
    • This should keep the line of site required for the tape station
    • One suggestion from Elodie is to maybe have a long cable for this probe and have the option to be able to move it closer to the beamline on a temporary stand
  • Monitor 3: On the roof, attached to shielding where old laser roof access ladder was
    • This monitor is no longer useful here
    • Useful to keep monitoring the activated water that goes around the shielding on the opposite wall
    • RP to propose a location on the opposite wall
  • Monitor 4: Inside lab
    • RP to propose a location
    • Initial suggestion is they would like it similarly placed to how it was before in the center of the wall by EBIS
  • Monitor 5: New portable monitor
    • This will have the ability to roam the lab
    • Just require one place for an outlet and a long enough cable to move it around
• Open ventilation portholes to HRS where pipes run through
  • RP to confirm if these now need to be fenced off since with the new platform this will now be at head height

 

Next steps:

• RP to take some screenshots and propose some locations then Vincent will check with integration if the locations fit
• If longer cables are required due to monitors being moved around, this will be up to the RP team to follow up on this
