Rooms will be provided on a first come first served basis. The pre-booking will be released on 12.10.07.
Bookings have to be made directly with the CERN Foyer by sending an e-mail to Cern.Hostel@cern.ch and mentioning EGEE-II JRA1
Hostel reception building 39 is open as Monday to Friday from 7.30 till 19.30 and Saturday & Sunday from 9.00 till 13.00. Outside those times room keys can be obtained from the security guard building 120 entrance B.
Any modification or cancellation of reservation must be sent in writing at least 24 hours in advance, including week-ends.
Due to the high level of modifications, no guarantee can be given as to which building - 38 or 39 - the room will be located in. This will only be determined, by Reception, on the day of arrival.
Please respect the Check-Out time which is 12 noon as delay in returning the key may result to an additional charge worse the amount of the room.
Children under 18 years of age are not authorized to stay in the CERN hostels.
