Summary of Actions :

1.B955 roof : Elsa informed us that for the leak on the roof of B955 the installation of an external scaffolding is foreseen (has been installed) to investigate possible consolidations – Elsa > closed
2. EN-CV cartridges - Continue looking for more efficient handling and transport solutions, including the use of a curtain-side truck and, where possible, pallets with appropriate support to optimise the available space - Sarah Moralent / Cédric Halbert / Serge Pelletier > closed
3. BA80 - Communicate the relevant worksite constraints on a weekly basis, as precise transport time slots cannot be communicated sufficiently in advance - Anastazja Sedzicka. > closed
4.Late request ID481 - Clarify the situation regarding the proposed storage of the power converters in front of B961 and identify possible alternatives before any storage solution is validated - Sarah Moralent > storage space not needed - closed

2. From S. Roesler: Radioactive transport derogation: intra-site radioactive transports can already follow an existing “light” procedure (i.e., some ADR formalities are lifted) as per EDMS 1107233 Ch.12 that should satisfy most needs. Excluded are transports of objects with dose rates >2mSv/h and grouping of items in one transport. Such transports are considered on request case-by-case to define compensatory measures as there will be no approach that fits all. For NACONS, and to my understanding, project planning has not yet reached the stage to provide such details for our assessment.
