Summary of Actions :

1. Experimental Area Coordination Meeting on 17.11.2026 : Updated photographs of the related areas will need to be provided as well as schedule and dashboard data – Sarah Moralent / Alexandre Foraz.
2. EDMS: The minutes of the previous meeting are approved, and they will be released in EDMS – Claudia Torres.
3. Send the Task Force save-the-date for November 2026 until mid-June 2027 – Claudia Torres.
4. B954: Contact Foselev colleagues to inform them of the delivery schedule and confirm the start date as 2nd of November 2026 – Sarah Moralent.
5. B954: A new measurement session is planned to determine whether the equipment can be transferred and whether the LHC dump requires the small bunker – Yann Pira / Cédric Halbert.
6. B954: Contact RP to determine whether block measurements can begin on Monday 02nd of November 2026 and complete measurements before transport – Sarah Moralent.
7. B954: Contact Nicolas Martinez to ensure that competing requests for concrete blocks do not interfere with our transportion schedule – Sarah Moralent.
8. B954: The latest bunker presentation should be uploaded to Indico – Sarah Moralent.
