14:30 → 14:35 Approval of previous minutes and review of actions

Summary of Actions :
.

1. The minutes of the previous meeting are approved, and they will be released in EDMS – Claudia Torres.
2. B954: Some equipment records contain inconsistencies, with items listed in EAM-Kiosk as being in tunnels even though they are physically situated in B954 – Elsa Clerc / Sarah Moralent.
3. B954: Cleaning is urgent because debris and pallet pieces remain in the area; Elsa Clerc will contact the SCE responsible, in order to arrange for the area to be cleaned as soon as possible - Elsa Clerc.
4. B954: The precise equipment configuration and the temporary or permanent status of certain components remain to be confirmed after RP measurement – Yann Pira / Sarah Moralent.
5. The Indico dashboard title should include buildings 157, 887, and 917, in addition to buildings 879, 954, and 955 – Claudia Torres.
6. The kiosk, layout document, and dashboard will be further updated so that surface-area figures and transfer plans are consistent – Alexandre Foraz / Cédric Halbert.
