ETO–CERN Week

14–17 December 2026 · CERN

From Monday 14 to Thursday 17 December 2026, ETO will come together at CERN for the annual ETO General Meeting, a Technical Q&A with CERN graduates, and team activities.

Please complete your registration by 23 October 2026 to help us and our CERN colleagues plan the week.

Programme at a Glance

Monday 14 December — ETO–CERN Coordination Meeting
ETO Management, CERN Management, and selected ETO colleagues involved in CERN activities. Invitation only. Meeting followed by dinner.

Tuesday 15 December — Technical Q&A & Social Dinner
Technical Q&A with CERN graduates working on ETO assignments, followed by a social dinner. All ETO staff is warmly encouraged to participate to these sessions.

Wednesday 16 December — CERN Site Visit & ETO General Meeting
Guided CERN site visit in the morning, followed by the ETO General Meeting and team-building activities in the afternoon.

Thursday 17 December — Departure & Bilateral Meetings
No formal programme. Participants may depart at their convenience and/or arrange bilateral meetings.

Travel Planning

• ETO Management and invited staff: arrive by 12:00 on Monday 14 December.
• All other ETO staff: arrive on Monday 14 December.
• Departure: from Thursday 17 December onwards.
