DCM-DQM status

DCM Asset HCLDQD_366-CR000003 // Transport asset DCM+DFX HCLDQD_527-CR000003

 The 4^th DCM is ready for pressure test:

-23^rd Wednesday. Pressure test DCM He volume, cooling circuit and ‘passage de plugs’

-24^th Thursday. Leak test weld between DCM and DFX module.

-25^th Friday. We open DCM side. Maybe WP6 can open DFX side. @Jean-Baptiste

 During the next week (w40) there is the handling of the DCM from the bench to the marble. Not well defined the day since Transport team is very busy with LS3 activities. Busbar Team will come to prepare the cables, if possible, on both sides.

 Then it would be prepared for storage in FLEX, awaiting the cover flanges for DFX module (maybe next year)

 This DCM has to return to weld the cover flanges, leak test to them and global pressure test to the volume.

 Week 41, I hope we can have the lambda plate and all the tooling needed to install the plugs, Plugs installation likely from Wednesday 7^th. Leak test for week 42, depending on the availability of 40-30. Then, there is wrapping and He vessel assembly.

 The diode is being done in parallel.

 We will try our best to do as much as possible until the end of the year.

DQM Asset HCLDQM_002-CR000001

 Right now, the Plugs are installed, the leak test passed. We can continue welding the lambda plate to the Cernox vessel and then the production will be stopped waiting for the heaters, to be installed by Cryogenics.

 I’m reviewing with Robin the design of end caps for pressure test, I hope to have finished drawings by the end of the month.
