• The pictures to be inserted in the Africa map. We suggest just 6 pics, one per region (North, West, Central, East, Southern) Africa, and Madagascar. We further suggest to let the developer choose the combination of the 6 pics that work best.
• In addition, from the IOC, we have one more logo to add: that of Ulrich's institute.
• The LOC suggested to specify the venue. We agree to this if the venue is confirmed.
• Anything else the LOC wants to add or changed?

13:20 → 13:50 Scientific program

To get going with work on the scientific program, we request the following inputs. The first 2 from the LOC, the next one from the IOC, and the last one from the people in charge of the teachers program. This will define the scope; then, we will start discussing how to flesh out the details.
