The Grid Deployment Board is being held close to CHEP to allow greater participation than usual from North America. It is also being held the day before the WLCG workshop so emphasis will be given to discussion of the readiness of the middleware components and infrastructure. This information will serve as an input to the workshop. VRVS will be available in the "Snow" room
