Continuation of the "big" meeting to decide about Y3 priorities based on the previously defined objective list.

Present: Balazs, Jon, Cristina, Marco (dropped out several times)
Not needed: Patrick, John, Laurence
The meeting was dedicated to compute objectives.
Unfortunately, it started late (Marco remembered a different start time) and was interrupted many times because of Marco's misbehaving skype.
The objective "C10: Consolidation of the compute area clients"
https://savannah.cern.ch/task/index.php?21773
was discussed in detail and triggered a lengthy discussion. It is a critical, problematic failed objective with a deadlock situation. The task force failed, did not deliver plan.
Marco things Martin Skou was the problem. He did not work in the group. Not participating in the calls, not informing the others.
Balazs remembers several occasions when Martin complained that the task was badly run, non-transparent discussion. Also Martin asked for f2f meetings that never took place. Several mails of him was not properly responded.
Balazs brings up the hidden, "illegal" development around a "API" already going on without approved plan. This activity should be put on hold.
decision:
-The group must be reorganized, proper representation from all middlewares are needed, personal conflicts to be resolved.
- work should start from scratch
- should be based on "what is available in RC4"
- start with F2F meeting
- deliver a plan by the end of May.
Lots of time was wasted by continuously waiting for Marco.
The decision about other objectives are recorded in the attached file.
Next meeting: Thursday, 14:30 - 17:00, every PTB members are required
